The family of the late Michael Donnelly, Newfield, who passed away suddenly on 6th of September would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, mass cards, tributes and condolences on rip.ie. Sincere thank you to Boyne River Rescue, An Garda Siochana, National Ambulance service & Drogheda Coast Guard.

Special thank you to Celebrant Lee-Anne Mullen on delivery of such a beautiful & personal service, it was a fitting tribute for the celebration of Michaels life.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who came to show their respects & to join us in our service, we were overwhelmed. Thank you to neighbours & friends who have supported us over these difficult days, thank you to all the team at Townley’s Funeral directors for showing us kindness, support, patience & for facilitating the lovely service we were able to give Michael.

As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. Michael will be deeply and sadly missed and will always be remembered x

💙 Today I’m saying “see you later “ to one of the most special people in my life , my amazing carer and best friend Jason.
You’ve been by my side through the good days and the hard days, always with patience, kindness, and laughter.

You weren’t just my carer, you became part of my family, since I came home from the hospital over five years ago and I will miss you more than words can say. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and for always making me feel safe and cared for.

Wishing you all the happiness and success in the world on your new journey : beep beep 🚗 you truly deserve it. This isn’t goodbye forever, just a “see you later.” 💙✨
