Baby Massage is an ancient therapy that has been passed down over 100’s of years in many cultures.

Baby Massage Classes are the perfect parent and baby bonding experience.

The course runs for 5 weeks. Usually morning time 10 am- 11.45am one morning each week.

Baby Massage provides numerous physical, psychological, and emotional benefits for babies and the families who care for them.

Each week, you will learn different massage strokes that can help:

❤️Relax and soothe your baby
❤️Aid digestion to relieve wind, colic, and constipation
❤️Help baby sleep well
❤️Teach your baby body awareness.

"Wellness by Meadows" is located in the beautiful Wicklow countryside located just outside the lovely village of Tinahely.

It is the perfect location in the peace and quite of the countryside to come along to my Baby Massage Classes which run every Wednesday morning 10am-11.30am.
A lovely class to do with you and your baby and a great way to connect with other parents in your local area.

I also run private Baby Massage Classes from the studio, or can also go to your home. Whatever suits you and your baby.
