What a lovely, but harrowing, story Eithne shares about her cardiac arrest and how quick intervention saved her life.
Luckily, one of Cork City's paramedics is her brother and he hopped into action and activated the chain of survival immediately, well done Kieran!
Due to Kieran's actions and those who helped at the scene, Eithne can tell her story today to help others.

📖 Know the signs of cardiac arrest, they present differently in women
