📢 Join Us for a Noble Cause!

SISJ are currently on a mission to acquire a newer school bus to facilitate our educational endeavours.

With small class sizes and a commitment to enriching experiences, our school relies heavily on transportation for school trips and activities. To aid in our fundraising efforts, the Lions Club has graciously organized a thrilling table quiz event on Thursday, April 18th, hosted at The Klub on Strand Road.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Lions Club for kickstarting our fundraising journey. Now, we appeal to the generosity of local businesses to join hands with us in supporting this vital cause.

🤍Fear is a primary emotion that we can hold on to, for decades sometimes, that can present in a physical aspect in the body.

A lot of the time we have held such strong emotions deeply in our nervous systems, fascia and tissue that the body does not know how to release and let go of it.

It does not require big 'T'rauma to hold on to such emotions. It can be a one off incident or a build up of developmental trauma over time that can cause us to hold onto and store pent up emotions in the physical body.

I use subtle therapies such as kinesiology, bach and bush flower essences to more deeper somatic therapies including breath, spinal energetics and IET to support my clients in letting go of emotions and situations in the past that are no longer serving them.

The beauty about these therapies is that there is no need for the client to have to relive the trauma by talking about if they don't want to.
