Face reading is much more than looking at someone’s outward appearance. It is the skill of observing facial features, colouring, texture, muscle tone and tension patterns to gain a deep understanding of a person’s physical condition, emotional landscape and energetic state. Subtle cues such as the hue of the skin, the position of lines, the fullness of features or the tightness of certain muscles can all point to how internal organs and systems are functioning, or how emotions are being held in the body.

Whether you believed in the views of Charlie Kirk or not, or perhaps never heard of him until now, we cannot but see, the great revival now happening around the world
His faith is what motivated him in life and to have that undeniable faith is actually a gift.
People are now asking 'what if it's all true?'
'What if we are just assuming all will be fine at the end'

Are we more comfortable not going there in our heads?
I was disappointed that not one mention of him was mentioned at my local church on Sunday, why not?
For those who say 'Charlie Kirk has not been assassinated', I beg to differ.
The greatest tribute we can pay to Charlie Kirk is encouraging people to get back to the basics of faith, the faith before all the church scandals, the faith our parents and grandparents lived by.

Insulin resistance, inflammation and infertility!

🌿When our muscles, fat, and liver cells do not respond efficiently to insulin, our cells can no longer absorb glucose from the bloodstream.
🌿That in turn leads to higher blood glucose levels and an even higher production of insulin.
🌿When our bodies and hormones are having an adverse responses to insulin, like most patients with PCOS, they very often have higher levels of inflammation that can negatively affect egg quality.

As a nutritional advisor and menopause coach I will introduce you to some nutritional fundamentals, so you can best advise your client.
We will discuss endocrine disrupters, environmental toxins and more.

The emotional and mental journey through menopause can be overwhelming.
Reflexology aims to balance the body, while having an understanding and professional therapist, so the client feels understood and listened to. Many women feel lost and do not know where to turn.

You will learn a simple hand reflexology sequence tailored to each client, so they can continue their self care at home, between treatments.
