A comprehensive day of learning and integration in a safe and relaxing space at The Manor West Hotel, Tralee, Co. Kerry 🧘🏽‍♀️ which includes take-home materials and plenty of personal practice to ensure you leave with a personalised plan to gently guide your system back to safety and presence, building a baseline level of calm and resilience within you.

We will release and reset walking into 2026 ☺️🤍
