A huge thank you to Roisín Quinn for sharing her experience with North Kerry Salt Room. From supporting breathing during training to aiding recovery after matches, it’s fantastic to see the benefits making a real difference.

Alongside our salt therapy sessions, our recovery facilities including compression boots, massage guns and resistance bands are there to help athletes recover, recharge and perform at their best.
