Recognize when your mind is playing tricks on you, conjuring up worries that aren't even real. Notice when negative thoughts start to creep in, and gently let them go. Imagine them floating away like clouds in the sky, disappearing into thin air. Don't let past memories haunt you. Make peace with them, and release them. You are not defined by your past, you are shaped by your present moments. Focus on the here and now, and let go of the burdens that no longer serve you. Remember, your thoughts are not facts.
