The first five years of your child’s life are crucial for building strong mental health foundations. To help parents create a nurturing environment, the National Parents Council (NPC), in partnership with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services, is offering free online webinars packed with practical tools, insights, and advice.

Monday 22nd – Thursday 25th September: 10am or 7.30pm

Friday 26th September: 10am

✔ How everyday life impacts your child’s mental health
✔ Supporting your child in managing emotions and coping with challenges
