Make your own version of theraputty to help promote hand strength, fine motor skills etc while also providing sensory input. Try hiding small things inside the putty and asking your child to find them and pull them out. This can be useful for working on various grasps. 🙌 ✏️ ✍️ 🔑

Theraputty is an Occupational therapy intervention for children who have fine motor difficulties as well as poor postural motor control. The following are some examples of important functional tasks that the children may have difficulties with: Writing,Gripping And Grasping , Tying shoes. Zipping and unzipping.

The Nina Gold casting company are looking for a talented teen with Down syndrome for a great role in a major TV series set in Ireland - No acting experiences necessary!

ABOUT THE CHARACTER:

The character is bright with a great sense of humour. They are fun loving, have a keen interest in music and are the first person to crack a joke when things get a bit tense at home. They are a huge science fiction fan and love all things star wars!

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

Playing age is 12 - 16 years any gender.
We need someone who is GENUINELY IRISH for this role.
Shooting in the UK & Ireland from June 2021 until December 2021.
Your child would not be needed for the entire shoot.

Great idea from 7 days of play. Lovely Easter activity working on lots of skills including: fine motor skills, grasp, co-ordination and planning, with added sensory benefits from the fuzzy pipe cleaners. If the bunny box is placed on a vertical surface, like it is in the video, there are additional muscle tone and sensory benefits too! 🐰🥕 🐰🥕🙌
