No ACL not a problem. What an incredible athlete Lindsey Vonn is.
I’ve no ACL, ruptured 2 years ago playing GAA and I’m still running & heavy weight training. Decision was tough either take a step back from my business that I worked hard for & get the surgery or focus on rehab and strength training.
Both knees tested before Christmas with no difference in strength. Win Win 🥇
