I taught my last class of 2024 last night...or so YOU thought!

This year, I've seen class participants:

- decrease back and neck pain
- increase range of motion, making life easier to move through
- improve performance on the track, in the gym, and in the pool thanks to better moving joints

I am so excited to bring a "merry mobility and core" class to the BeU Fitness & Nutrition community on 19th December at 7:30pm GMT! Will you be joining?

Class is 45 minutes long, and it's 5 euro to book. All class participants will receive a recording of class that you can rewatch as many times as you like to support your overall bone, muscle, and mental health!

Exciting News!

I have a few openings for private PT clients starting the week of May 13th.

- 2 sessions per week, between 3pm and 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- all sessions are 45 minutes long and include warm up , workout, and cooldown.
- nutrition coaching is an optional add on.

Woohoo!! After a lovely week off, group fitness is back in the Douglas Community Center.

All classes are 45 minutes and suitable for all ages/ stages/ abilities/ goals. I will say there is a minimum enrollment required for classes to go ahead so my TOP TIP would be tell a friend to join you for the class that you want to register for!

According to the British Heart Foundation, the gut microbiota is linked to diseases such as heart attacks, high blood pressure, and diabetes. If you were like me, you were home-bound for the holidays. Millions of humans travel home for the holidays by car, plane, train, bus, and sometimes by sea. What do all of these environments have in common? (Aside from debatable seating arrangements). No kitchen space. Honestly, I welcome the break from preparing my own food!
