Immersive Wellness Festival ‘Restival 2026’ Unveiled for Mount Congreve Gardens this May Bank Holiday Weekend.

Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford, one of the Great Gardens of the World, has announced the return of Restival 2026, its annual wellness festival, taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May.

Sport Expo to connect Ireland’s sport industry at Sport Ireland Campus in April 2027.

A major new national event, Sport Expo, will take place on 21st and 22nd of April 2027 at the Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin, bringing together the full spectrum of Irish sport under one roof.

Positioned as a central meeting point for the industry, Sport Expo will connect clubs, governing bodies, athletes, coaches, brands and service providers across all levels of sport, from grassroots participation to elite performance.

Designed as an energetic and highly interactive experience, the event will showcase a wide range of sports, including established disciplines alongside emerging and growing activities.

Cooling ‘ MyCelsius’ bracelet to help Irish women battle key menopause symptom.

An Irish engineer is at the centre of a ‘revolutionary’ cooling bracelet to help women manage the debilitating hot flushes of menopause.

The ‘MyCelsius’ bracelet, worn like a wrist watch, has entered the Irish market and has been co-developed by Offaly native Aonghus O’Donovan.

It works by cooling users’ wrists by 10°C in under 10 seconds and is designed to dramatically reduce the discomfort of hot flushes.
