I may have mentioned before, I am training to be a Nutrition Coach. I have been following the plan for a while now and have lost some weight and have had amazing results regarding energy, sleeping better, and less anxiety. As a result, I have decided to do a 10 day FREE online bootcamp (no exercise involved it's all about good nutrition. The boot camp will begin tomorrow 22nd September and the first 8 of my buddies that are willing to commit the next 10 days to themselves, want to learn more about good nutrition and have some fun along the way, please let me know and I will be happy to get you registered!
