Paying more for your injectables doesn’t always mean it’s better. I have always been upfront about how my pricing works. Rooms are rented on a sessional basis in established medical clinics. I don’t pay for advertising and employ a part time administrator. Profits are invested in ongoing education and learning so that I am kept abreast of the newest innovations and can suss out the garbage “trends” and only provide evidence-based solutions. This is a common presenting complaint and the two main causes of neck lines are as follows…. 1. An overactive platysmal muscle causing unsightly vertical neck bands, which can be relaxed using anti-wrinkle injections. 2. Subtle horizontal creases are attributed to reduced collagen and UV damage. These are less easily fixed and require a combination of collagen stimulating and hydrating agents.

The patient wanted a stronger, more defined jawline in profile and some subtle projection of the menton.
