🎉 5 years ago today I opened my own community pharmacy in Coolock.
5th May 2019.
Wow time has flown!

Fast forward 5 years and we have an amazing team of women working together to give our patients kindness, empowerment through education, support and most importantly super patient counselling.

As a specialist menopause pharmacy and women’s health hub, we support women in their hormone journey.

I can say with all honesty that we strive each day to be the best versions of ourselves and try and help our patients in any way we can.

This is reflected by our positive patient outcomes.
✅Women deserve to br supported in this healthcare space and many larger faceless pharmacy chains just don’t do that I’m sad to say.

Having been Perimenopausal and feeling like I had no where to turn, I’m proof that educating yourself on your own hormones is the first step in getting the right treatment for you.

While I’m a huge HRT advocate, it’s also about lifestyle factors, eating the rainbow, exercising (something you enjoy!) and time for yourself.

Thank you to my family for always supporting me, and huge thanks so my wonderful team of women around me .
