The death has occurred of Dympna Shaughnessy (née Carley), Corbohill, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon. 26/08/2025.

Peacefully at Portiuncla University Hospital, Ballinasloe, with her loving family by her side.

Dympna will be sadly missed by her beloved son Damien, her brother Johnny, sister May, sisters-in-law Bridie, Mary & Evelyn, brothers-in-law Tom & Brendan, adored nieces & nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Dympna is predeceased by her husband Micheál and her parent's Michael & Margaret (Ciss).

The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Bosquette, Castlenode, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon. 17/08/2025.

Suddenly at his home.

Anthony will be greatly missed by his sisters Mary, Sr. Helen, Terry, Carmel, Barbara & Joan, brothers Joe, Gerry, Dominic, Kenny & David, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncle, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his many friends, especially his best friend Martin Lavin.

Anthony is predeceased by his parents Johnny & Maisie, his brother Kieran and his brother-in-law Frank.

Formerly of Strokestown, Co. Roscommon.

Bernie passed away peacefully on the 22nd of May 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Johnny, her son-in-law Colin, her parents Brian & Susan, her sisters Bridget, Rosie & Pattie, her brother Timothy, brother-in-law Paul, Uncle Michael and Auntie Mary.

Cherished and much loved Mum of Suzanne & John. Adored Nanny to Ryan, Gary & Shauna.
