What a great evening celebrating Catherine’s graduation with our lovely family 💜🙏💜🍾Was great to bake a cake again - chocolate biscoff ✨ Also made sourdough whole meal burger buns and amazingly everyone wanted one! Not Slimming World 😉

Great day of yoga organised by with the incredible teacher in Dublin today and tomorrow. You can’t really see it but my head is resting on blocks here - interesting way to hold the pose and balance away from the wall 🙌🤸‍♀️

So grateful for the most amazing Iyengar yoga workshop from 10 - 4pm today in beautiful Schull, taught by one of Ireland’s most senior teachers Eileen Cameron🙏 Thanks to Margaret Cashman for organising. I feel so blessed and inspired after experiencing the deeply therapeutic benefits of Iyengar yoga and all of the exquisite and heavenly feelings and relaxation that comes with it. Sharing some photos of some of Eileen’s poses and incredible use of props! 🙏💜🙏
