Sitting here this morning in the Red Wolf Room, enjoying my cup of Cacao, and sinking into silence and peacefulness, I start my day with the Sacred ✨️

Yesterday was the final Gathering of the year long Prayer Flag Journey... and what a gathering it was 🙏 I have held space for these women to travel into themselves, whilst making the turn of the year, and the celebration from Imbolc through to Winter Solstice.

We have shared our stories, those ones that we cannot share elsewhere, we have laughed, we have cried, we have remembered the ancient wisdom held inside. We have CHANGED.... on so many levels. Conversations held in deep respect and honouring of the differences between us, and the many similarities. All the while writing our personal Journal Pages, and stitching threads of ourselves onto cloth.

TRANSFORMATION is the key to all my Red Wolf work... and I was humbled to witness each woman growing in confidence and clarity through the journey together. So much love shared.

Thank you to every woman who chose to dig deep, who chose to gift herself precious time out to unwind and unravel negative patterns, to emerge, now, in a new, more authentic and loving way of being 💗

To practice self care and self love is such a hard thing to do, but together, we supported each other, to do just that ✨️

Absolutely delighted with this wonderful surprise I unwrapped today.

On my last visit to Cork to see my son Ollie, we visited, of course, Vibes and Scribes. As well as choosing several books, when I went to pay, up beside the counter, was a slim book case with about 15 books, all wrapped up in brown paper and tied with string.

Upon each was typed only the very first paragraph of the book that lay hidden within. I was intrigued, so I scanned over them all, and this paragraph caught my eye... so, for only €5, I purchased it, tucked it in my bag, and took it home. Whereupon, it sat, untouched for several months...

Tonight, having finished another book, I glanced upon my bookshelf and noticed the brown paper parcel I'd forgotten about for so long. Tearing it open, I was delighted to discover the story within...

I thought it such a good idea of the bookshop, to inspire curiosity and take a chance on something that I had no idea if it would be to my liking... merely trusting intuitively the paragraph that resonated most with me.

Starting to read tonight! I love reading, my Mummy always said, that you were never alone if you had a good book. A whole world of characters and stories to sink into, especially in difficult times... and let's face it, it's been a pretty challenging year, let alone a challenging last few months...

Intuition can sometimes be buried beneath the overwhelm of our feelings... I love this card of Hare, below a golden sky with her golden necklace ✨️ I'm really being drawn to gold right now, have always been a silver kinda girl... but, as I move more deeply into my crone years, the warmth of this metal pulls me.

Perhaps it's because I'm moving from princess to queen 👸

Yesterday I held space for the last gathering of the Seven Sacred Directions, and year long Journey, at Gorse Hill. Entering that Sacred space felt like coming home 🏡

As we wove the threads through our day together, stories, wisdom, teachings, laughter and tears shared, I knew I was intuitively walking my path on the Good Red Road. My groups may be small, but within the intimacy comes safety and rest.

As we women age, as we choose to work consciously towards inner healing and release, we automatically move into a way of being where we begin to 'walk our talk', instead of mouthing platitudes that have no real effect on our daily lives 🪶

We did BIG artwork, each woman fully releasing themselves into a pictorial form of how they see themselves today. Each painting completely authentic and unique, to make the final turn of this Journey.

I sit here this morning watching blackbird, thrush and sparrow hopping about in my little garden and bathing in our pond, and know, deep down, that all is well in my world 🌎 We can only do the best we can in any given situation... so, with forgiveness, we move on, trusting that 🙏

Trust yourself, your beautiful beating heart, and move forward into the depths of winter, knowing you can only do your best - and that's enough 💗

The rain is falling to match the floods of tears I'm releasing, and have been for days 💧

Im holding space for the last of the Red Wolf 7 Sacred Directions tomorrow at Gorse Hill... one of the most beautiful places I'm honoured to hold women within ✨️

This Journey has been profound, challenging, gentle, nourishing and joyful ♥️ the women come with open hearts and a dedication to themselves and their inner healing with grace, dignity and authenticity.... I am so grateful to them all. For in stepping into Red Wolf Circle with me, they each give to me in return their trust, their willingness to go beyond, and their friendship 💛

We all need places where we can feel safe enough to reveal our truths - especially the darkest ones, to be heard, seen, witnessed, respected and valued. In Circle we are all equal, and I learn so much from them all, as I in turn attempt to guide them to their power and wisdom within 🙏

As broken as I feel, when I step into the position of space holder, something comes upon me, wisdom pours through, from above, for them, and for me. The exchange is beautiful and powerful, and I am always in awe and deep gratitude 💗

Today our card is RITUAL.... this is what I'm re-enlivening into my daily rhythm ✨️

The woodland sprite and her animal companion the fox, just like me and my little dog Willow, move through ritual in the mornings. Lighting a candle, ringing a bell, lovingly making my warming heart opening cup of Cacao 💛

Into my basket I place something I have gathered on my first walk of the day, I rattle it into the basket with intention, leading up to the Winter Solstice when I shall burn everything. Inside the basket is also a little wish or Prayer, for myself and for those I love 🌍

I do a little crafting, making something with my hands, heart and head, in the steiner way... bringing me even deeper into who I am as a woman 💗

I sit and listen to sacred music, reading the card I have picked... I hope it resonates with you today 🙏

I sink into a sense of serenity and peace, at one with all that is. As I sit in the Red Wolf Room, I realise I have all the elements around me - fire from the candle, the air that whispers around me, the water from the pond in my garden and the beautiful rich earth just outside my window 💜

As often as I can each week, I start my day in this sacred, soulful way... these simple rituals practiced stay with me all day, so I can move gently through the days of my life... especially the most sorrowful or difficult ones 💧🔥

And Otter came today, representing divine feminine energy 🦫

So.... with the magical help, wisdom snd support of Jo, I have started on a new trail of nutrition, rest and harmony ✨️

Every morning I wake, I walk my little dog Willow, and come home to create a sacred space from which to start my day. With a Tea Ceremony, or for me, a Cacao Ceremony.

I light a candle, use my rattle or bell, and lovingly make my Cacao. Then, settling in the Red Wolf Room, I pick card from my Folktails Pack. I intentionally drink invoking Mama Cacao to open my heart, and I lean into the message from the card 🙏

So I thought I would share each card I choose with you.... incase it resonates and brings you some insight for your day 💛

I feel so held and supported by . She tunes into everyone who comes to her, to help each person find a new way forward within their hearts and souls, and of course with magical, potent potions and suggestions. Jo, I am so grateful to you for lighting me up and supporting me in finding a way to nourish myself nutritionally and spiritually.... reminding me to love and care for myself, so I can love and care for others too 🙏✨️

Imagine a world where human beings are open hearted, kind and compassionate. People who honour and respect our world. Beings who work with natural materials to craft everything we need.

Imagine an energy that vibrates with loving kindness, passion for saving our heritage, our skills and a sense of 'remembering' how we used to live in tribal mindset. Where we encourage and teach each other. Where children are woven into every aspect of daily lives - tending a fire, foraging for food, making tools and being listened to and heard.

If you Imagine that, then you imagine gatherings like the one at Slieve Aughty and the creation of CELT, and their Weekend in the Hills events.

For me, I had the honour to be part of something bigger than myself, to relax entirely and sink into a community way of being for two delicious days this weekend. My heart opened wide, smiles and friendly conversations with strangers who turned into friends effortlessly, new skills learned with the ancient tradition of doll making with Laura.

I am forever grateful to Esther who owns and opens this beautiful venue to such amazingly creative, soulful and artistic people.

More to come on the incredible workshop I did ..

My heart is full, my nomadic yet community minded self came alive, and I cannot wait for the next one.

Feeling so blessed, and in deep gratitude to the women of Red Wolf 🐺

Following the paths at Victor's Way today, we came together to celebrate Red Wolf's 6th Birthday 🌞

Can't believe it's 6 years on Utumn Equinox since I birthed my sacred women's work... I look back and remember gathering in the woods and the wilds, off grid weekends, sacred circles at so many different venues, including now my Red Wolf Room. And the most important ingredient were the women.

The ones who, over the years, have felt to come and be held in the sacred space that I create and hold. Where we sit as equals, where we share our stories, where we learn to listen and witness each other's paths. Where each woman has the time and safety to allow herself to reach within and find her own unique answers to the questions in her life. Where anything goes, no shadow nor light is denied, where respect and non-judgement rules. Where love and compassion abides 🌟

I love the work I do, but without these women, I cannot be truly me... so with the whole of my heart I give thanks, to my original Wolf pack, and the new wolves coming in 🙏

Autumn and winter is full of Red Wolf Gatherings, sacred ceremony and ritual coupled with creativity using pen, paint and materials, to craft something beautiful each time to mark our Circles and all that each woman moves through on the day 🍂🌲🌳

Sunday 17th August - RED WOLF SACRED CIRCLE WALK

Come join me for a day just for yourself.... we shall emerse ourselves in nature, the waters and the wilds. We shall hold space for Prayers for our world, we shall share our stories in Circle.

We shall do some simple crafting to embody our journey together, we will share food and laughter. We shall swim in the sacred waters of the Avonmore river. We shall use drums and rattles to awaken our souls and to offer healing through vibration and sound for each other.

So, if you'd like some time out, come walk with me in Avondale Forest Park.... just message me for further info, the financial investment is €60 for the day, starting at 10am, till about 4/5pm.

Message from Deer 🦌

Yesterday morning I came across a beautiful large male Sika deer, he'd been knocked down and left sprawling on the hot tarmac. Of course I stopped and ran to see if I could aid him.

I tried flagging down passing cars to get some help, bewildered that so many just drove on by... eventually a kind gentle man pulled over and came to help me. He lifted the deer and placed him gently on the verge in soft grass.

This gentle deer was beyond saving... I sat by him placing my hands on his warm body, offering healing and love to support his passing. As I stroked him softly, I thanked him for gracing us with his presence here on earth, for the gifts he brought, and invited him to move through to the Summerlands, where he could run free forever more.

He took his last breath as my tears flowed....

Yesterday we had a Red Wolf Journey at Glendalough, offering prayers for our world, and Deer was part of our day throughout 🙏

Waking in the middle of the night, he came and asked me to pass on this message 🌀

"To trust, in everything, to hold gentleness, for yourself, and for others, in your heart.
When faced with 'monsters' whether that may be your own self, other people, work, health or ethereal situations, to open your heart ❤️ to accept, to acknowledge the feelings, whether fear, sorrow, anger, doubt, guilt, shame.
The only way to release your fears is to face them, head on 🔥 this depletes their hold over you, you demonstrate your strength of heart and mind in your bravery, and in so doing, transmutation can occur, peace can be found 🙏"

Womandala 3025 ☀️

How to put into words to share the sanctity of this wonderous experience..... smudged into sacred space, sung into the present moment...

Open hearted, revelling in our nakedness, feeling the breath of air, laying on sacred mother earth held by soft green sweet smelling grass, the blue sky above, the warmth of the sun, the birdsong....

Silently creating the flower mandala petal by bright petal....

Offering ourselves to become part of the beautiful landscape of Victor's Way, thereby creating art in nature .....

Tears flowed at the enormity of this sacred act we, all 25 of us, committed to on Summer Solstice morning....

Forever thankful to Sinead Riosin Clare and Ian.....

Never to be forgotten 🙏
