Self-awareness is our ability to feel sensations, emotions, and the subtle shifts within our body in real time. It’s not just thinking about how we feel, but actually feeling it. This inner sensing is the heart of Rosen Method Bodywork.
When we soften, when we allow touch to meet us just as we are, something extraordinary happens. We shift out of mental loops and into presence. We begin to inhabit our bodies again not to fix them, but to listen.
