We will go ahead with hot yoga this evening ( Wednesday ). Then from next week onwards we will go for three days per week, Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday @ 7pm 🕖 for the summer months. See you soon 🔥🧘🏼‍♀️

Hi guys, for the summer months we are going to go with 3 hot yoga classes per week. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
I actually can’t believe it’s been 14 weeks since we’ve reopened in Castlebar. It’s been amazing so far and I am grateful to every one of you 🙏🏾
Summer brings a different challenge for parents in particular with a lot of you having kids taking part in numerous different activities in the evenings which takes up a lot of time 🚖😃
Still, it’s important to make time for yourself too 🧘🏽🧘🏼‍♀️
As it’s a bank holiday tomorrow there won’t be any class, so Tuesday and Thursday only next week. I hope to see you at hot yoga practice soon 🔥
