And we’re back!!

Rolf and myself love these Slow Sundays and we know you do too ❤️ It’s so amazing to see so many of you come back on a regular basis and there’s a few of you who have never even missed one weekend, friendships made and strengthened along the way. So thankful to all of you for showing up and spending your Sunday with us.

As I wind down classes this week I just wanted to thank each and everyone of you that came out to classes in 2025 ❤️

Yoga saves me on a regular basis but it’s not just the practice but also the energy and connection from all of you who share it with me.

I NEVER come out of a class feeling worse than when I went in, I hope that goes for you too 😂

I hope 2025 has been kind to you, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag here to be honest 🙂 there’s been lots of love but loss and disappointment too, the best reunions with old friends, weddings and births, tears and laughter. Just regular life I guess, the full spectrum of human experience made better and brighter by having you all on the mat with me.

As I wind down classes this week I just wanted to thank each and everyone of you that came out to classes in 2025.

Looking forward to seeing you all & I’ll be in Ballycastle and Mogownagh this term as well as Crossmolina, Ballina & Killala.

The next block of classes is a short & sweet 4 weeks. With the exception of the Saturday morning class in Killala, evening classes will be slow and introspective inviting you to look within rather than without, to go deeper rather than wider & to honour your body & feel and trust the innate wisdom it contains.

Winter is the season of the Water element & the associated organs are kidney and bladder.

Plenty of spaces among the orchids
Bring yourself, your mat, your flask and wear layers! A dryrobe or equivalent is perfect .

I’ll be at the back beach in Ross , in the dunes on the left before you get to the sea. DM if you’d like the exact location
€15 or included in your 4 classes for €50 pass. Revolut or cash is much appreciated

NEW BLOCK START DATES ☀️☀️

It’s a short and sweet little 4 week block before routines go completely out the door for Summer 😂

In Killala Community Centre on a Saturday morning 10AM expect a spicy energetic flow with breathwork, lots of variations and a soothing finishing meditation.

Wednesday in
Civic Centre 7.30PM is a Slow Flow helping you wind down from your day with meditative movement and a Yoga Nidra at the end.

Thursdays 7.45pm is Yoga & Chill which has a little bit of flow, breathwork and a lot of chill and rest into cosy poses with bolsters. This class will encourage you to pause, reflect and know yourself deeper.
