I chose such a powerful Angel card today that awakened me to something I just wasn't seeing before.

In essense it asked the thing I am saying yes to, what am I saying no to and denying.
It made so much sense to me. It has been a blind spot.

Often the cards gently show us what we are not seeing.

An Intuitive reading, Angel cards and Reiki are so powerful together. I get a whole picture of challenges, blocks and imbalances. With this we can then see where and how to make positive changes.

I am offering a special of 50 euro until 31st August for 1 1/2 hour - distance card reading, intuitive reading, reiki energy healing.
We meet via zoom for the reading. You then relax while we have a Reiki session and I report all findings via zoom or email.

Gosh, what a whirlwind year its been! So much change. I'm now living in Galway in the west of Ireland. I will be offering Reiki energy healing in the Galway area. At the moment I do not have any fixed venue or times but if in the area please contact me and I'd be delighted to share Reiki with you. I have focused my time on my mindfulness practice which evolved naturally with Reiki.This has been an amazing tool in helping me navigate life's challenges in a more controlled and less stressful manner. I developed , as part of . This is Teacher training in mindfulness for primary and secondary school pupils I feel they compliment each other as a wonderful way to rebalance and realign oneself. Grounding....why and how?
Why?
life can be busy, full of challenges and overwhelming causing anxiety, stress and exhaustion.
We emit and absorb energy from others throughout the day.
Energy is carried through our thoughts, words, emotions and actions. This is why we often feel drained and need to ground ourselves, protect and take responsibility for our own energy.

How?
spend time in nature, walk barefoot, lie on the grass, gardening, meditation, eat root vegetables, wear red, carry crystals. Exercise. Black tourmaline, jet and obsidian are grounding crystals. Visualise a violet bubble of light surrounding and protecting your energy daily.

The above will reduce stress and chaos and improve your emotional and mental health.
