🌿 "Many things are lost for want of asking."
One of the most powerful lessons we learn in recovery—and in life—is how to ask for what we need.
Maybe you're struggling today. It could be a nagging physical discomfort, a lingering doubt about something you said, or just a weight on your heart that feels too heavy to carry alone.
What if help is just one honest question away?
Too often, outdated ideas of masculinity or independence whisper, “You should know this already.” Or worse, “Don’t bother anyone.” But that voice only leads us to isolation. Growth comes when we reach out, when we pick up the phone or look a friend in the eye and say, “Can I talk to you for a minute?”
Connection is healing. Vulnerability is strength. And asking is not weakness—it’s wisdom.
💬 Today, I will notice what I need and practice asking for help.
Let’s grow—together. 🤝
