How to best answer interview questions - The "STAR" approach ๐
๐ Situation/Task: describe the situation or the task you faced, give context, keep it concise and informative. Don't include unnecessary information.
โฉ Action: Talk about what you did, be personal don't talk about your team's actions. Go into detail here. What, How, Why.

Result: Explain the outcome, if you can quantify it, do! Highlight what you accomplished, and what you learnt.
Prepare your answers, have 3 to 4 for each competency and don't get overly technical about it. There is every chance someone from another team or HR might be on your interview along with a hiring manager, you need to keep the attention and focus of everyone in the room. Bring them along with you!
