Who’s recovered and ready to go again?

A huge thank you to all of our amazing ladies who threw down at .cancer over the weekend - you absolutely smashed it.

From the fundraising to the fierce ( and warm 🥵 ) workout, the energy and team spirit was unreal, and safe to say we all had some fun 💪🏻

Nothing like a bit of healthy competition and an atmosphere like that to bring out the athlete in all of us 🙌🏻

Already looking forward to the next big challenge ladies 🔥

Demonstrating how to perform :

An inverted row and a regressed version of the inverted row.

This is a 5 ⭐️ exercise in its own right 💪🏻

… we also use the inverted row as an alternative exercise if any of our members aren’t really vibing with or interested in dabbling in CHIN UPS 😊.

If you haven’t tried this exercise before we highly recommend you give it a go!

Develop some real pulling strength, toned upper back and is a fabulous stepping stone to you first pull up!

PS: We’ve TRIPLED DOWN on chin ups in our next group programme…

This means you get to practice them THREE TIMES a week ( along with all the other goodness on our menu 😉) for the next 8 weeks!

But it’s all smiles and hard work in here today.

As always there is some barbell work on the menu to develop some real strength…

…mixed with some accessory work to further sculpt those arms and legs and finished off with a sprinkle of cardio to end on a high and a whopping sense of achievement ⛷️ 🥵

Yeah, yeah… we all know we need to EAT LESS & MOVE MORE….

But how do you actually make that happen - with ease, so you can maintain it over time and get amazing results?!

Here’s 5 great ways to improve your chances of success:

TIP #1: Set a WEEKLY step target… + increase it by 10% each week until you concisely hit 100,000 steps per week.

TIP #2: The best workout of the week for your weight loss goals is the SUNDAY FOOD SHOP.
Sit down before you head out, plan some meals, buy the ingredients and you are half way there.

TIP #3: HABIT STACKING TIME 🥳 - as you create a habit of sitting down to plan your shop and meals, take an extra 10 minutes to book in your training session for the week ahead.

TIP” #4: Set aside €50-100 in a Revolut kitty for takeaways/ cheat meals. Knowing and being able to see 👀 your spending limit helps you stay on track with nutrition.

Direction and accountability…

In the fitness world, it’s easy to feel like you’re wandering without a map… no direction, no certainty but hopefully you’ll stumble upon repeatable results sooner or later 🤷🏻‍♀️

It can be a frustrating journey… and one you find yourself repeating at this time of year… EVERY YEAR.

That’s where we step in 🐾…

We can address those common road blocks for you… a lack of direction and accountability.

Our members enjoy having their road to success laid out in-front of them … in enjoyable and challenging 8 week training blocks 💪🏻

The thing is most of our newbies realise over their initial 2-3 months that’s it is and always will be about….

doing the basics right!

Sticking to a program long enough to see results.

Do the simple things right…

👉🏻Strength train 2-3 times per week.
👉🏻Squat heavy and add weight/reps/ sets over time.
👉🏻Do some aerobic work ⛷️ even if it’s sucks at the time.
👉🏻Manage your stressors 🤬

And get some sleep 🛏️

What exactly goes on during one of our small group personal training sessions?
..and why should you care 🤷‍♀️ ⁉️

Because your Money 💰 and your time are important to you.

So before you even use the link in our bio to book in for a free class pass or discovery call … it’s helpful to know a bit about…

❔Who we work with …

❔ And how we do it!

First up we work with women who value small personal classes of 4 ladies and one experienced coach.

Ladies who know the long term benefits of more attention, more touch points across the week and guidance from a personal trainer who knows them.

This is the kind of attention you just can’t get in larger classes, or in random classes you book into from time to time.

Random classes = Random results and no accountability.

So how are classes run?? What’s the secret to our amazing results 👀

And what you could expect when you book in for a FREE CLASS PASS ( link in bio )

0-8 mins : A group dynamic warm up.

This gives you time to switch off from work and dial in to the tasks ahead and a bit of chit chat with your coach.

Next 15 mins: ‘A Block’
👇
This is usually a series of 3️⃣ exercises that don’t compete with each other.
Eg: Lower body exercise, Upper body exercise & Core.

3 rounds of that series and then it’s onto…

Next 15 mins : B block.
👇
Here we might do Hip Thrusts, Press Ups & Planks.

C Block:
Usually 5-10 mins long and we give our ladies an option each, to do more strength work or finish off with a nice sweaty FINISHER 🥵 to get that heart rate sky high and finish in a high.

Our PT programmes consist of a Day ‘A’ , ‘B’ & ‘C’ which is simply three different full body workouts which you will progress with over an 8 week period before we rinse and repeat with a new programme to challenge you in different ways.

So that’s our secret 🤷‍♀️…

Well timed and orchestrated classes. Designed to challenge you more and more as the week of the group program progress!

And the real magic 🪄 ingredient is a dash of consistency with you 🫵🏻

Let’s be honest…

Dark and Cold mornings = slim chances of you getting out of your warm bed and into a cold gym at 6/7/8am….

But try to keep SOME consistency up! And you’ll thank yourself come Christmas/New Years!

1 good session a week is SO much better then 0 / dropping the ball completely!
