Entering the New Year, many people focus on kicking bad habits - which is great! But what if we also take up or continue building some positive ones? Here are 10 healthy habits to embrace🤗

Sarah Donnelly is passionate about coaching, well-being and living a balanced, happy and positive life. She is a professionally accredited Personal and Executive Coach, Certified The Mongan Method: HypnoBirthing™ Practitioner and Reiki Master. She believes that each person has the power to live the type of life they want. However, a lot of the time negative thoughts and self-limiting beliefs prevent them from this life, and achieving their goals. Sarah can help you get where you want to, by encouraging you to focus on what’s important and assisting you to change any unwanted patterns.
It has been proven that people both achieve their goals quicker as well as maintaining these goals, with consistent support. Sarah will support you every step of the way. She will give you guidance and direction but you will be in control of whatever actions you choose to take and in turn, the outcomes you will achieve. Once you take 100% responsibility you will see results within days of starting coaching.
People go to coaching for many different reasons (achieving their ideal weight, improving their confidence, relationship issues, motivation issues, personal issues, feeling stressed or out of control, feeling unhappy etc.) but the main thing about all of these is that the client wants to CHANGE something to improve the quality of their life.

When Sarah came across HypnoBirthing™ she was pleasantly surprised by the incredible similarity between many of the tools that she was already using with her coaching clients in the HypnoBirthing™ programme. Both have strong foundations of positive psychology, mindfulness and approaching life with wonderfully simple, yet effective tools.
