Good morning,

Just wanted to let you know I'll need to take it easy for the next few weeks. I've had a bit of a setback in my recovery, and my doctor has put me on a pain management plan to help get things back on track. They've told me to avoid any heavy lifting or strenuous work during this time.

I'm hoping to be back to my usual self soon, but need to follow medical advice for now.

🛑 Important Update from The Saucy Hen 🛑

Dear friends and followers,

With a heavy heart, I must share some tough news. Under doctor's advice, I'm out of action for at least a month. I was brought into the hospital last Tuesday and will be undergoing surgery next Tuesday.

The Saucy Hen's wings may be clipped for now, but I'm down, not out. I'll be back stronger and saucier than ever!
