Walk for Kate & Ava and research Motor Neurone ✨

Walk Hollywood Forest in solidarity with Kate Crampton, who was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease on Sunday September 21st.

All funds will go to support Kate and her Daughter, Ava and the incredible work of the Research Motor Neurone Charity. 💛
