The journey begins with a ritual dance to support you in opening into your authentic expression. Utilising sensual movement & breath to begin to awaken your energetic body

From there, you will be supported in a safe, compassionate environment as you experience the transformative practice of Kundalini Bodywork. This modality incorporates breathwork, sound, touch & energy to initiate physical and emotional release—activating the body’s natural capacity for healing.

What is Kundalini Bodywork?
Kundalini Bodywork is a sacred and powerful healing art that engages the nervous system, energy field, and subtle body to awaken dormant Kundalini energy—the vital life force within each of us.

Through intentional, somatic techniques, this practice facilitates the gentle release of trauma and stored emotions, fostering deep restoration and self-awareness.

Space is intentionally limited to just 12 women to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience.

Clara attended Kundalini Bodywork Level 1 & 2 with Elliot Saxby in Mallorca Sept 2024 and will be continuing her training with this year in Sweden. She currently offers one to one Kundalini Bodywork sessions from Earthwise in Wexford.

Sarah is a ta***ic massues and body who attended Elliot saxbys training in Thailand of 2024 and is continuing her training is Sweden also, Sarah runs monthy group sessions as well as private session in Melbourne .witch

Not everything we believe is rooted in reality.

If we choose to believe that which is rooted in fantasy then we are choosing to align ourselves with distortion & untruths.

If we decide something is true then the power of our belief makes it true for us, that however does not mean its actually rooted in reality.

Fantasy serves to keep us caught is illusion. Making a choice to live in fantasy & make believe might make us feel good but it won't bring genuine growth or evolution.

If we are genuinely committed to evolution then we will keep discerning whether what we believe is rooted in reality or fantasy.

Anyone else think lions gate is a load of BS.

Every time I see some lions gate thing Im rolling my eyes , trying to discern if it's an intuitive thing or if I've just become so cynical that I can't now connect with spiritual portals.

Life may bring to us difficult & challenging situations, but this is where the power of how we choose to engage can propel us into deeper truths & levels of soul development.

There is this dangerous idea that the more evolved a person becomes, the easier & smoother life should be.

I would suggest that the opposite is true, the lessons get bigger & more demanding, they offer a revealing of the true nature of relationship with self.

Each challenge that arises can become a potent catalyst in establishing a relationship with self that becomes stronger, more solid & less influenced through outer circumstances.

The lessons may get louder but the only serve to take us down & into A vast reservoir of love, respect & depth of relationship with our own soul.

Over the last few years, I've been learning lots about women's health

I've completed a Womb Yoga Training with Uma Dinsmore Tui, Yoga for Women’s Health with Tiffany Cruikshank. I've attended two different womb massage trainings, one with Angie Twydall & one with Louise Crockcart from the Abdominal Collective & Im Currently attending an Ayurvedic Wellness for Womens Health training with Katie Silcox from Shakti School.

I've dedicated hours to researching & studying all things women's health, reading books, listening to podcasts & just generally educating myself on this subject.

Women's health is not just a sidenote or weekend workshop on the 200-hour yoga training that I run. It's the main focus because women's health is that important.

The Womb Medicine 200hour Teacher Training is a deep dive into Yoga, Ayurveda & Women's Health

There is a lot in the training, so this year, I'm offering those that have signed up to begin monthly Zoom classes with me in September to help them prepare for the course and begin integrating some practices.

Sensual Goddess Yoga is a style of yoga I've developed that combines Yoga, Bellydance & Tribal Twerk

I'm going to be 100% honest how this came about. I started practising yoga at 21, and after so many years, I started to not enjoy it anymore, infact I dreaded it, it felt heavy in my body, like a ball & chain weighing me down. I dragged myself through it regardless out of some sense of duty. 🙈 my body eventually just said no, it didn't want to move in this way anymore

So I put down the shoulds & I listened.

There is something magical that happens when you surrender & let her ( prana shakti) move you. There is an impulse that comes up and out through your body.

You don't move. She moves you. This is an intuitive language of the body that speaks through waves, undulations, spirals, breath, sound and touch.

Movement is such a powerful way for us to reconnect to our natural state of connection & sensuality.

The next Sensual Goddess Yoga Teacher Training takes place in Morocco May 2026.

This can be attended as a training or as a retreat

Spiritual titles & names potentially do more harm than good in our current stage of evolution.

They can potentially lead to an inflated sense of self, ego & self-importance. Spiritual names, although well-meaning, potentially disconnect us from who we truly are, our family, childhood, background, ancestory, and history is all connected to our name.

Our name is powerful & filled with the coding of our past, the good, the bad & the beautiful.

We have been presented with the idea that taking on a title or spiritual name helps us connect more deeply with our medicine.

Perhaps this is an outdated idea that made more sense when spiritual narcassism wasn't such a big thing.

Perhaps in these times the true frequency of these titles has been lost anyway so what's left 💁‍♀️ what energetic takes it's place.

Perhaps the spiritual warriors of our times need to drop names & titles to come and stand on the ground side by side with all humans. To relate in a different way, to show up in a new way.

I always think of Yeshua in this sense, a man on the ground with the people

He wasn't running away to hide with his pals in some 5D community to shelter from the problems the world was facing & supposedly helping from a distance He was with the people healing the sick & tending to the poor.

I've designed this package for those currently experiencing any menstrual or fertility issues. However, this programme is suitable for any woman of any age who wishes to connect more deeply with her body & womb.. Samkhya Cosmolgy describes how life emerges in the universe. It provides a detailed explanation of how spirit moves through the layers of reality into manifestation & into human form

This is the philosophy that underpins both yoga & ayurveda.

Without an understanding of Samkhya, the true depth of yoga & ayurveda can not be fully revealed.

Many teacher training courses do not teach Samkhya, which means students never really get to fully understand what it is they are practising

On all teacher trainings @ Earthwise students receive an in-depth teaching of Samkhya & the Subtle Body.

Within the 200-hour Womb Medicine Training, I teach Samkhys within a traditional Vedic context.
