Join us for an immersive evening designed to gently guide you back to yourself. Through the weaving of mantra chanting, family constellation work, shaking meditation and intuitive movement, we create a sacred space for release and deep insight.

We begin with mantra chanting, allowing sound and vibration to open the heart, calm the mind, and connect us with the collective field.
From this grounded place, we move into a family constellation session exploring hidden patterns in ourselves and around us.

The evening closes with shaking meditation and embodied movement, offering the body a chance to integrate these shifts—softly, intuitively, and with freedom.

This is a space for anyone seeking deeper self-understanding or a meaningful pause from everyday life.
Come as you are. Leave with a clearer sense of connection, spaciousness, and belonging.

A Little Gift of Kindness
This Christmas, we invite you to take part in a lovely event with a difference — „Wichteln“ (Secret Santa) created from and for those who are bereaved or grieving. You can choose to give and receive a small, heartfelt gift, a kind note, or simple words of comfort.
Participation can be anonymous or personal — whatever feels right for you. It’s a gentle way to share warmth, remembrance, and connection during the holiday season.
Our hearts and acts of kindness matter.

How to participate?
Please sent me a email or text with: Your name or please state if you want stay anonymous
If comfortable name your loss. For example: Lost my dad Eddie last year. This is to honor and acknowledge your loss. All types of losses are welcome for example the breaking up of a relationship, loss of homes, dreams and wishes etc. Naming your loss helps to also make it more relatable to the person who is giving you a gift.
All personal details will be deleted after the event.

You’ll be then sent the name or anonymous title of the person you’ll be giving a gift to. It does not have to be something big, it can be a card with words, a candle…. The importance is the meaning and intention.

What happens then?
Please drop it into the Croí Centre before the 6th of December. The presents will be gathered and laying here under the tree and you can pop by to drop off and pick up yours or if you are not mobile and can’t travel easily send me your address and it will be posted to you

We can make this sometimes very hard time a bit more heartfelt for each other.

Join Stefanie & Aoibhinn for a soulful evening of movement, sound, and connection.
We’ll begin as Stefanie opens the space with drumming, breathwork, and yoga to awaken the body and prepare us for the gentle medicine of rose tea.

Then Aoibhinn will guide us deeper with rhythmic movement, before the two weave their magic in a sound journey and meditation to bring balance, release, and renewal.

The aim is to decrease the stigma around death, bring awareness to this essential part of our lives. Please note this is not a group therapy or bereavement support session.

When: Wednesday 3rd of December 7-8.30pm
Online via Zoom
Primarily for people living in Ireland and the UK, facilitated by Mash and Stefanie
 
Free entry, optional donations towards upkeep of the sessions
