The aim is to decrease the stigma around death, bring awareness to this essential part of our lives. Please note this is not a group therapy or bereavement support session.

The drumming circle is restarting 7th of October
Every second week Tuesdays 6-7.10pm
Croí Centre, 62 North Main Street

The goal: using the drum, vibration and sound to connect to yourself, each other and to the medicine of rhythm.
No experience needed. We will play the shamanic drums. Drums will be provided, yet you’re welcome to bring your drum if you want to.

Every session will be different. There will be a longer session once a month held in Old Parish in the countryside to really deepen, enjoy and also be closer to nature.ii
