We are so delighted to introduce Jane: Jane Christie is the Qualified Herbalist and Flower Essence creator at Spiral Soul Apothecary, based outside Claudy, near Derry. She is a lover of nature, seeking to honour nature and all the incredible healing that it offers us, body, mind and soul. She handmakes delicious herbal teas, potent herbal tinctures, wild herbal creams and Irish flower essences. She is the proud creator of the first complete Irish Flower Essence kit, which is being used in Beyond Light Therapy to support our clients and staff.
In her exciting talk, Healing with Irish flower essences, Jane will share what is so special about our Irish flowers and why their medicine is so desired across the world today. She will show you how you can easily harness their gentle yet profound healing in your lives to soothe your nervous system, heal trauma, inspire joy, creativity and a deep sense of purpose in your life.
