ed Sports Therapist and hold numerous ITEC Diplomas in the care and treatment of injuries. I am also certified in Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping by Kinesio Taping Association International. I’ve worked for the past fifteen years in various injury clinics in Waterford and Dublin, including Physio Extra with Dr. Ethel Brady. I have worked with all level of athletes from Olympic and World Champion rowers, to club triathletes and the casual runner. Additionally, I have experience in the successful pre and post surgery care of many sporting and occupational injuries, eg. I’ve also worked with Shamrock Rovers FC and all levels of GAA players including county hurlers and footballers. My personal sporting achievements include representing Ireland at numerous World Championship and World Cup races as an elite oarsman, winning several national rowing titles, competing in triathlons up to half ironman distance, marathon runner and Gaelforce West competitor.
