We have a 2nd morning Pilates Class every day apart from Sundays! :
Monday 11.15am
Tuesday 11.15am
Wednesday 11.30am ( Beginners)
Thursday 11.15am
Friday 11.15am ( Absolute Beginners/ Clinical Rehab Pilates for anyone recovering from injury/surgery/illness)
Saturday 11.15am

These class times work really well for people as you have some time for yourself in the morning before Pilates, and then your Pilates brings you up to your well deserved Lunchtime ☺️!!!
