Calling all Pregnant Ladies :-)
We are starting a fresh new 8 week block of Antenatal Pilates Classes on Thursday evenings at 6pm!!
Fee is €10/week and all classes are held on Zoom and the class recording will be sent to you :-)
These classes will be taught by our amazing Perinatal Women's Health Physiotherapist Leanne Mythen, CORU Registered Physiotherapist and all round fantastic amazing physiotherapist and person!

A new block of Antenatal (Pregnancy) Pilates Classes on Zoom next week 🙂

The class is held live every Thursday at 6pm, this block will consist of 6 weeks.
If you can't make the live class any week, we will also be sending you out the class recording every week!
