We’re back! Classes resume from Wednesday, 7th January at Ballymaloe Grainstore.
This week’s practice is slower and more intentional — a chance to explore how your body moves when given time and attention. We’ll work through a considered, full‑body sequence that supports mobility and joint health, with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS) woven naturally into the flow.
CARS are slow, precise movements that help you understand your joints from the inside out. They build awareness, strength, and control at the edges of your range — not by pushing, but by paying attention. Over time, this kind of work changes how you move, both on and off the mat.
It’s a practice for people who are curious about their bodies, who want movement that feels intelligent and supportive.
This week’s classes:
Wed 6:30–7:30pm — experienced beginner
Thu 9:30–10:30am — wake‑you‑up morning practice
Sat 10:00–11:20am — mixed-level weekend class
Sun 11:00–12:20pm — mixed-level Weekend Flow
Online options available.
Private 1:1 sessions are also available — ideal for injury recovery, building confidence, improving mobility. Each session is tailored to your specific needs.
