New Courses, Taster Weeks & Autumn Reset

In our upcoming sessions, we’ll explore breath as a bridge between intention and ease — something you can carry off the mat, too.
As the season shifts, it’s the perfect moment to return to your practice — whether you’re brand new, re-starting, or looking to deepen your connection with your body and mind.
What’s Coming Up:
September Taster Classes (Sept 3 & 10)
Curious about yoga? These Taster Classes are a chance to come along, try a class, and see how it feels — no pressure, no long-term commitment.
Beginners Course (Tuesdays, 6:30–7:15pm, Grainstore)
Learn the foundations of movement, breath, and alignment in a supportive space designed for complete beginners. Over 6 weeks, you’ll build strength and confidence, gently and steadily.
Price: €72 for the full 6-week course.
Autumn Reset: Experienced Beginners (Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30pm, Carrigaun)
A 6-week course designed to refine alignment, strength, and fluid movement for those with some yoga background.
Price: €72 for full course or €15 drop-in if spots remain.

Ongoing Weekly Classes
Alongside the new courses, my regular drop-in classes continue as usual — open to all levels, and a great way to keep your practice steady week to week:
* Thursday Morning Flow: 9:30–10:30am 
* Saturday Morning Flow: 10:00–11:20am 
* Sunday Morning Flow: 11:00am–12:20pm 
These classes weave strength, mobility, and breathwork into a balanced practice — perfect if you want a consistent weekly rhythm or to add to your course.
