❤️ Some days you’ll rise with energy and clarity, and other days may feel like a struggle 🤍

🩷 Both are part of the journey. Healing is not a straight line, it’s a path with twists, turns, and pauses. And that’s okay 🫂

❤️ At Deputy's Pass (Irish: Céim an Ghiúistís) it is a national nature reserve located in County Wicklow, Ireland. It is managed by the Irish National Parks & Wildlife Service.

💚 The loop is approx 4k but for anyone who would like to keep walking, can go again in reverse for an 8k walk

✨️ Will be starting
Monday 25th August 10.30am & everyday till Saturday 30th August

🌳 Please know, don't feel you have to do every day. It's all about fun at the end of the day with no pressure, so join in whatever day is good for you.

🙏 Also please know this is not a race. We are there mindfully, stopping in nature whenever we can to enjoy & appreciate 🐦
