Poor cortisol.
Just out here trying to keep you alive… and somehow became the villain of wellness TikTok. 😭

Cortisol is not “bad”.
You actually need it to wake up, think clearly, respond to stress, exercise, work, parent tiny humans and survive modern life.

The problem?
We’ve turned “fight or flight” into a full-time personality.

Coffee on an empty stomach.
Running on 5 hours sleep.
Stress scrolling at midnight.
Calling burnout “being productive”.
Then blaming cortisol for doing its job. 💀

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s protective.
We’re just pushing the system like it’s got unlimited battery life.

Maybe the goal isn’t to “eliminate cortisol”…
Maybe it’s to stop living like we’re being chased by a bear 24/7. 🐻

Hands up ladies… 🙋‍♀️

Who’s spent €40 on the latest miracle powder, detox drink or metabolism booster… but is running out the door every morning on a slice of toast and a swig of coffee? ☕🍞

We’ve been sold the idea that health comes in a tub, a sachet or a fancy supplement… when the truth is, your body is crying out for real nourishment first.

More protein.
More fibre.
More proper meals.
More real food.

Because no powder in the world can outdo poor eating habits, stress, lack of sleep and surviving on caffeine all day.

It doesn’t make sense if we’re honest ladies… and deep down, most of us know it.
