Here is a brilliant example of why I always recommend for surgery. Their patient care both before and after the procedures are phenomenal. Their bedside manner is terrific and their results are a work of art. The manual lymphatic drainage is done immediately after surgery and you will be referred to a registered therapist in your country. They also do orthopaedic surgery. If you are thinking about having surgery this would be my recommendation. They are based in Lithuania and I have never seen an unhappy patient from this hospital.

This is a long arse video but itā€™s on a very important subject which is skin care for lymphoedema. I will be spending a day per week assessing and treating people who may have this condition in in 2026 so I hope they share this to their page incase it helps people until I get there šŸ˜Š

There has been such a horrible dose going around the last couple of months! Every one has been saying the same thing. ā€œI had it for 3 weeks, I still havenā€™t fully recoveredā€ As your lymphatic system has no pump it can be hard for it to process all the inflammation and infection as it is over loaded so it becomes a bit of a traffic jam inside your body. Manual Lymphatic Drainage can speed up the lymph flow by up to 200% as long as there is no active infection.

I had the pleasure of treating this beautiful expectant mother today šŸ«¶ she is experiencing some dry skin and redness and her make up application has been looking uneven. We decided on the environ vitamin infusion treatment which usually involves using sonophoresis and iontopheresis to open up channels in the skin and push the chosen products down to the dermal layer of the skin followed by an alginate mask which uses iontophoresis to push vitamin A into the skin. We werenā€™t able to use the iontopheresis as she is pregnant šŸ¤° but the sonophoresis is perfectly safe. The alginate mask still worked its magic by soothing the skin. The products we used were hydrating serum, siv serum, colostrum gel and vitamin A. As the channels in the skin remain open for a few hours after treatment we advise against regular make ip but we do stock Etal make up which treats the skin aswell as making it look beautiful and radiant with full coverage and we are happy to apply our testers on you after your treatment. Aswell as her skin looking calmer her make up looked perfect letā€™s hope I stays that way all day šŸ«¶
