A weekend of balance ✨

I just finished guiding a Qigong retreat focused on balance - not only in the physical sense, but also emotional and mental balance. It was a powerful experience to witness how movement, breath, and awareness can reconnect us to stability from within.

Throughout the retreat, we explored practices that support grounding, coordination, and inner calm. Many participants shared that they felt a real improvement in their physical balance, while also deepening their understanding of Qigong and its ability to create harmony in everyday life.

Feeling so grateful for this experience and for the beautiful people who joined. And a special thank you to my partners, Nave and Tal, for holding this space together with me 🤍

Balance is not something we find - it’s something we cultivate.
