מיזם ענ״ד פועל כקו חם 24/7 ומאויש על ידי סטודנטים מצטיינים למקצועות הטיפול ובריאות הנפש, שעברו הכשרה מקצועית ומעניקים “עזרה ראשונה לנפש” מתוך רגישות, הקשבה ודיסקרטיות מלאה.

בזמן שמשפחות המילואים וילדיהן מתמודדים עם חרדה, עומס רגשי ותחושת בדידות — גל ומתנדבי ענ״ד נמצאים שם כדי להעניק אוזן קשבת, תמיכה ומענה נפשי ראשוני ברגעים הכי רגישים.

ההתנדבות הזו משנה חיים — גם של מי שמקבל עזרה, וגם של מי שבוחר להיות שם עבור אחרים.

כחלק מקמפיין התמיכה שלנו בילדי ומשפחות המילואימניקים, אנחנו ממשיכים לפעול כדי שאף משפחה לא תישאר לבד 👐🏻🇮🇱

Behind every phone call there is a heart that listens ❤️📞
Meet Gal Rosen, a volunteer at “Makshivim”, in the UMH project - urgent mental help.

The UMH project operates as a 24/7 hotline and is staffed by outstanding students in the care and mental health professions, who have undergone professional training and provide "first aid for the soul" with sensitivity, listening and complete discretion.

While the families of the reserve soldiers and their children deal with anxiety, emotional burden and a sense of loneliness - Gal and the UMH volunteers are there to provide a listening ear, support and initial mental response in the most sensitive moments.

This volunteering changes lives - both those who receive help, and those who choose to be there for others.

As part of our campaign to support the children and families of reservists, we continue to work so that no family is left alone 👐🏻🇮🇱

במסגרת יום העיון למתנדבי ומתנדבות עמותת "מקשיבים", זכינו להרצאה מעמיקה ומעוררת השראה של יאיר לוי - פסיכולוג קליני מומחה ומדריך, שעסקה בטיפול פסיכולוגי קצר מועד: תאוריה, מחקר ויישום.

דווקא בימים של חוסר ודאות ועומס רגשי, היכולת להעניק מענה מדויק, ממוקד ואפקטיבי בזמן קצר - היא קריטית 🚨

משפחות המילואים וילדיהן לא תמיד יכולות לחכות לתהליך ארוך, הן זקוקות לתמיכה כאן ועכשיו 👐🏻

As part of the seminar for volunteers of "Makshivim", we were treated to an in-depth and inspiring lecture by Yair Levy - an expert clinical psychologist and instructor, who dealt with short-term psychological therapy: theory, research and implementation.

In times of uncertainty and emotional overload, the ability to provide an accurate, focused and effective response in a short time is critical 🚨

The families of reservists and their children cannot always wait for a long process, they need support here and now 👐🏻

The tools and insights from the lecture strengthen our ability to provide professional, sensitive and research-based assistance - as part of a broad mobilization for the campaign ❤️

Because behind every donation - there is real treatment.
