•Medical preparation: liaise between the patients personal physician and Hadassah experts to ensure smooth transmission of information.
• Medical appointments: detailed consultation and treatment appointments arranged beforehand.
• Travel
arrangements: Itinerary options and travel documents when needed. We offer a variety of accommodation options near the hospital.
• Medical flights: when necessary, we arrange for in-flight personnel and equipment, as well as private flights and medical transportation to the hospital. During Treatment:
• Personal es**rt by a multilingual guide from the airport to the hotel check-in or medical registration.
• Personal medical es**rt: A medical es**rt or nurse, who speaks the patient’s language, accompanies the patient throughout the treatment.
• Tourism in Israel: Patients and their families can enjoy their visit to Israel. We arrange trips and tours as time and health conditions allow.
• Additional facilities: rental of car, computer, phone, etc. After Treatment:
• Constant contact to ensure the patient’s physician receives all relevant documentation about the treatment.
• Insurance documents: Liaise with medical insurance company to ensure a smooth processing of treatment and payments.
