This is a great opportunity for you, Schroth therapists, of any school (SSOL, BSPTS, ISST), to review the teaching of the exercises and the lectures of the course. The 6-days recording is well organized by days and subjects and easy to review. Only Schroth certified PT/PTA can rent and will have to provide prof of their certificate prior to receiving a password.

IT INCLUDES labs, lectures and patient demonstrations.
covers Schroth-based principles for treating scoliosis and spinal conditions, basic exercises for each curve type, clinical and radiological evaluation, individual treatment plans, team approach to treatment, adult spinal deformity.

Another wonderful friend for over 10 years who started to be treated by me using the Schroth Method for scoliosis, having a thoracolumbar curve, demonstrating a good activation of the concave muscle (on her left) assisting in correction of the spine during the exercise. This particular exercise called: TGE MUSCLE CYLINDER is a special exercise for lumbar or thoracolumbar curve as it activates the inner musculature, Quadratus Lumborum and many others, at that area.

This week I had the pleasure to teach the ADVANCE SSOL-SCHROTH certificate course to lovely 6 women, physical therapists who devoted 6 days and night to study, enhance their skills in treating patients with scoliosis. This week passed by so fast and here I am in the air port taking off soon home to my family. I want to send a special thank you also for the patients who volunteered to help us and devoted their time and body so we can improve our skills and help better the community.

הנערה היפייפיה החלה את מסע הטיפול בעקמת איתי (פיזיותרפיה לפי שיטת שרוט) ועם מחוך של ריגו כשהייתה בת 12 (2013), והיום היא בת 23. אנחנו רואים פה תיקון עקמת של בית החזה מ-51 ל-37 מעלות, ותיקון עקמת לומברית מ-37 מעלות ל-0.

כצפוי וכפיצוי לתיקונים של שתי העקמות הראשיות (חזה ומותן), ניתן לראות ב-2017 וב-2018 התפתחות של עקמת עליונה, באיזור חגורת הכתפיים.

אני רוצה לשתף את מטופליי, ואת הפיזיותרפיסטים המטפלים לפי שיטת שרוט, ולומר להם שזהו תיקון עקמת טוב מאוד למרות העקומה באיזור הכתפיים.

מטרת הטיפולים הם בראש ובראשונה ליצור איזון של הגו-אגן וייצוב הראש מעל האגן. וניתן לראות את השיפור עם השנים (מי שיודע לקרוא צילומי רנטגן בטוח מזהה, אבל גם התמונות הקליניות).

כרגע העקמת מאוזמנת, קרובה לקו המרכז (הקו האדום) של האגן-גו-ראש. ומיוצבת.

עכשיו נעבוד על חגורת הכתפיים, נקפיד על כתף שמאל מאוזנת וחיזוק שרירים סימטרי עם שימוש בעקרונות התיקון שנלמדו לאורך השנים.

הנערה ספורטאית אתלטיקה קלה ולמדה בקולג׳ על מלגת מצויינות.

תודה רבה רבה לאמא ולמטופלת על חוות הדעת (לאחר 6 חודשי טיפול)🙏.
התרגשתי אף יותר לראות את ההתקדמות והשינוי בזכות העבודה הרצינית וההתמדה של הנערה, התמיכה של ההורים, המחוך של אביטל פנחס ותרגול שיטת השרוט איתי.
מעריכה ביותר את הנערה שעובדת יפה והנה העקמת ירדה לה ב 50% מ 45 ל 22 מעלות.
התיקון בצילום הרנטגן הינו בתוך המחוך (מחכה לצילום ללא מחוך 24 שעות).
התיקון בצילום הקליני הוא Great postural corection - שזאת מטרת הטיפול השמרני🌹.
👍 האגן מאוזן ולא בורח ימינה.
👍 העקומה המותנית שהיא הראשית קרובה ממש לקו האמצע לעומת הצילום הקודם.
👍 הצלעות פתוחות יפה משני הצדדים.
👍 בית החזה סימטרי.
אם היא תסיים גדילה כך זה יהיה סופר!!!!!
