Many believe that if they aren't over 40 yrs old or don't have heart disease as a genetic disposition CVD won't affect you. FALSE. Unfortunately, I know this first hand. My family does not have any genetic disposition for heart disease and my father passed away from a heart event this November. Don't be complacent!
