In this session we had an introduction to what is called neural graphic art. This is something that everyone can do.
It's a great mindful and meditative practice, that can be done to relieve stress, anxiety or other emotions that may need to be recognized, released and transmuted into calm.

Yesterday's workshop was a profound exploration of connecting with our innermost selves through creative activities such as paint, collage, and writing. We delved into the ways we engage with the world and how we aspire to be, fostering a sense of grounding and awareness.

Yesterday was another extremely difficult Saturday and yet, when we come together and create art it is a very healing way to move through the pain of the day, And be more present. Our work was raw and unfinished and we will continue with it next week, like our situation here in Israel.

Last week we explored our favorite colors and created unique collage papers using acrylic paint. This week drawing inspiration from Henry Matisse's "painting with scissors", we used our own personalized papers to create vibrant collages. The collages are deeply personally unique, each telling a story of it's creator.
