היי, אני איימי, מדריכה ומאסטר ליוגה אווירית ושיקומית משנת 2009. אני מעבירה הדרכות אישיות, טיפול בכאבים ומגבלות תנועה, הכשרות למורי יוגה RYT200 & RYT500 וסדנאות יוגה בישראל, סין והונג קונג שלום, אני איימי, מאסטר ומדריכת מורים ליוגה אווירית. הגעתי לארץ לא מזמן. הסיפור שלי עם יוגה מתחיל בשנת 2009, התמחיתי בהונג קונג ביוגה אווירית במשך 3 שנים כשוליה עד שהוסמכתי לדרגת מאסטר. כיום אני מעבירה הדרכות אישיות וסדנאות בישראל, סין והונג קונג. אני דוברת אנגלית, מנדרינית וקנטונזית. She is also a renowned ERYT500 specialised in aerial yoga as well as yoga therapy. She is a hot private instructor of local celebrities and appears on local media for yoga interview frequently. She found herself overwhelmed by the stress of running her own business and balancing home life, that she decided to consistently practice yoga. With a regular practice, she began to notice changes in her physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. She left her financial business in 2009 and further continued her yogic studies in closedoor practice for 3years before She found Alive Yoga Association in 2014. Amy is passionate to share her yoga experience, and to help others feel the significant physical and mental benefits that yoga has provided for her. 從小體弱多病加上從事金融工作多年，長工時和重壓力誘發嚴重痛症。最後通過三年全職的瑜伽練習身體才康復及强壯起來。因此Amy特擅長以瑜伽治療及改善都市病，如各種痛症、睡眠及體重失調等。在課程式子設計方面，特能針對學生的需要。
教授經驗豐富，課堂風格有趣多變，啟發學生潜能。讓學生們從心底愛上瑜伽，享受瑜伽，享受健康快樂的生命。

Hey yogis,

Just a heads up—I’ll be away from March 5 to April 30 for a diving trip in Thailand and to run some aerial yoga workshops in Hong Kong and China. No classes in Israel during this time. See you back in the hammock in May!
