Benefits:-
This pose strengthens the entire lower body, including the glutes, hips, thighs, calves, and ankles. It opens the hips and chest, stretches the thighs, and elongates the spine. Goddess Pose helps to warm and energize the whole body. It improves balance, focus, and concentration.

As it's summer season so pitta in our body increases which means our body is more acidic in nature. So to decrease pitta in our body we should consume different drinks like Bel Sharbat.

Bel Sharbat or Wood Apple Juice
Benefits of Bel Sharbat :-
• Good for stomach and gut problems like constipation, bloating, digestion.
Bael fruit has ant-bacterial and anti-parasitic properties that help reduce diarrhea. Tannins present in bel help in fighting against the infection called shigellosis that causes diarrhea and cholera.
• Reduces Cholesterol
It is a cardio-protective fruit that is rich in antioxidants that reduces the risk of heart diseases.
