Today is Sarva pitru amavasya .we pay respect to our ancestors and honor them offering , rituals and Expressing our respect and gratitude for their existence.

As per as ayurvedic perspective Sedentary lifestyle is harming people.
As experts said 5% covid patients turn diabetic due to administered steroid. Hunger pangs, frequent thirst, blurry vision, patches on the skin, tiredness, etc. are some of the signs indicating the possibility of diabetes.
As per as ayurvedic perspective causative factors of diabetes :
There are Physical,Mental and dietary causes as mentioned in Vedic texts.

* Asyasukham- seating in comfort means luxury, sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activity and exercise

* Swapnasukham - comforts of sleep or excess sleep or sleep after eating

* Kapha Krut cha sarvam - kapha imbalance foods and lifestyle activities which increase kapha

* Chinta - Stress (chinta chita saman)

* Shoka - Grief

* Bhaya - Fear

* Alasya - Sedentary lifestyle

* Dadhi - Excessive consumption of curd and it’s preparations

* Gramya - oudaka - anupa mamsa - flesh or meat soup of animals who are living in water and marshy regions, mostly women have to work with water for finished household chores that increase kaledaka kapha .

* Payamsi - Exclusive consumption of milk, its derivative and preparations

* Navaana panam - Food, drinks and dishes prepared from new grains etc

*Guda Jaggery

*Guda vaikruti - Jaggery, it’s derivatives and dishes made out of it

* Ikshurasa - Sugarcane juice

* Madhur Ahara (Sweet substance
