I am also an E RYT 500 from Traditional Yoga Hyderabad, India. Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Hence, my classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt! I like reading, watching Netflix, and creating online Yoga content to influence souls. My favorite place is anywhere people are gathered to sweat, breathe and break boundaries together. I myself is a Yoga practitioner and trainer for last 5 years. I also am a Happy Mom with 2 naughty boys.
