CRAB isn’t just a sea creature — it’s a simple way to remember 4 classic signs of Multiple Myeloma.

✔️ Calcium high – causing nausea, thirst, or confusion
✔️ Renal (Kidney) issues – reduced kidney function
✔️ Anaemia – persistent fatigue and weakness
✔️ Bone pain – back pain, fractures, or weakness in bones

Knowing these symptoms can help with early detection and timely treatment.
Awareness is the first step to saving lives.

I had the privilege of attending the Asia-Pacific Bone Marrow Transplant (APBMT) Conference 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The conference brought together leading experts in hematology, stem cell transplantation, and cellular therapy. It was an enriching experience to learn about the latest advances in CAR-T therapy, haploidentical transplants, supportive care, and innovations in immunotherapy.

What I valued most was the collaborative spirit—sharing knowledge, exchanging real-world experiences, and exploring solutions to improve outcomes and accessibility for patients across the region.

Beyond the academic sessions, the vibrant culture and warm hospitality of Ho Chi Minh City made this journey truly memorable.

I return with fresh insights, stronger networks, and renewed motivation to translate these learnings into better patient care.
