Role: Food Consultant
We’re looking for an IHM pass-out Chef who’s passionate about food, curious about restaurant operations, and excited to work on multiple concepts, menus, and kitchens across India.
Responsibilities:
* Research, design, and develop menus across cuisines and formats
* Standardize recipes with costing, process flow, and presentation guidelines
* Train kitchen teams and oversee food trials
* Assist in kitchen layout planning and equipment selection
* Work closely with clients to bring their restaurant concepts to life
* Keep an eye on new food trends, ingredients, and techniques
